Flavor of Life LLC, proudly based in Richmond, VA, has been serving up unforgettable culinary experiences since June 2018. Our story is rooted in family and tradition, inspired by a love for cooking that began in my mother’s kitchen. Watching her masterfully run her own successful catering business instilled in me a passion for food and the joy it brings to others. Though she passed in 2015, Flavor of Life is a continuation of her legacy, carrying her dream forward with every dish we create.
We specialize in soulful, flavorful cuisine and offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. From repasts, weddings, baby showers, and engagement dinners to corporate events, we bring creativity and attention to detail to every occasion. In addition to catering, we also provide personalized one-on-one cooking classes, available both in person and virtually, as well as convenient meal prep services designed to simplify life without compromising on taste.
